Return and Refund
We have a pretty straightforward and simple return and refund policies.
When you receive your order and have changed your mind and you want to return it, it MUST be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all the labels. First, you will need to contact us stating your reason for returning the item/s. This is for documentation purposes. Once approved, you will need to ship the original order back to us, at your own expense. When we receive it, we will inspect if it's unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all the labels. Then, we will issue a store credit only in the form of a code, not a full refund, except for defective or incorrect items. You can use that code to make a new order on any of our stores (zibov.com, shopzenboost.com, bulbcam360.com).
All refunds will be processed in the form of a store credit by virtue of a coupon code. You can use that code to make a new purchase in the future on any of our stores (zibov.com, shopzenboost.com, bulbcam360.com).
We will only process a money-back IF you received a damaged or incorrect item. If you opt for a replacement, we will resend a new item using a faster shipping option.
